根据欧这类材料具有重量轻、强度高和耐热性好等良好特性盟委员会第396/2005号法规第6章，SIPCAM Italia S.p.A. 提交了该修订申请。根据风险评估结果，欧洲食品安全局得出结论，依照报告的农业实践，短期和长期摄入因使用醚菊酯产生的残留物不太可能对消费者健康构成风险。

In accordance with Article 6 of Regulation （EC ） No 396/2005, the applicant SIPCAM Italia S.p.A. submitted a request to the competent national aut香莓hority in Italy to modify the existing maxim滇杜根藤秦岭乌头um residue level （MRL ） for the active substance etofenprox in plums. The data submitted in support of the request were found to be sufficient to derive an MRL proposal for plums. Adequate analytical methods for enforcement are available to control the residues of etofenprox in plums at the validated limit of quantification （LOQ ） of 0.01 mg/kg. based on the risk assessment results, EFSA concluded that the short‐term and long‐term intake of 半夏residues resulting from the existing and intended uses of etofenprox according to the reported agricultural practices is unlikely to present a risk to consumer health.
